Refund policy

At BestAdventours, we are committed to providing high-quality experiences to our customers. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring you to cancel or modify your reservation. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the tour. For yacht, catamaran, and private tour reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
If the cancellation is made before the indicated timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable transaction fees.
If the cancellation is made after the indicated timeframe, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund, but you may reschedule your tour for another available date at no additional cost.

2. Date Changes

You can request a date change for your tour at least 24 hours in advance. Changes will be subject to availability and will incur no additional cost if made within the indicated timeframe. For yacht, catamaran, and private tour reservations, changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
If you wish to change the date outside the permitted timeframe, a rescheduling fee of $200.00 MXN will apply.

3. Partial Refunds

If you have only paid a deposit at the time of booking, the deposit amount will be non-refundable if you cancel after the allowed timeframe. However, you can use it to reschedule the tour for a future date.
In the event that BestAdventours must cancel the tour due to operational reasons or force majeure, a full refund will be offered, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Tours

Certain tours or specific activities may not be eligible for refunds, which will be indicated at the time of booking. If you cancel these tours, no refund will be issued, regardless of the timeframe.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control that require the tour to be canceled, we will offer a full refund or the possibility to reschedule the activity at no additional cost.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email bestadventours.com@gmail.com with your reservation details and the reason for cancellation.
Refund processing may take between 7-15 business days, depending on the payment method used and the receiving bank.

7. No Show (Failure to Attend)

If you do not show up at the scheduled date and time of your tour without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
