By making a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies we may publish on our website. Bestadventours does not operate the tours directly but facilitates the contact and transaction between customers and tour service providers.

2. Reservations

Tour reservations are made through our website bestadventours.com.
To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit or full payment is required, depending on the policies of the tour provider.
By making a reservation, you guarantee that you have the legal capacity to contract the services of Bestadventours, either as an individual or as a representative of a company.

3. Payments and Deposits

Payments are made through our website using accepted methods (credit cards, debit cards, transfers, etc.).
If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour directly to the service provider.
Bestadventours is not responsible for collecting the remaining balance or for any additional payment policies set by the providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on the conditions under which you can cancel or reschedule a tour and how refunds will be processed. Note that refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies set by the tour providers, not by Bestadventours.

5. Changes to Services

Bestadventours is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or modifications to the tours made by the providers.
If the provider cancels a tour, you will be offered the option to reschedule the activity or receive a refund, according to the policies of the tour provider.

6. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during the reservation process. Bestadventours is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
You must arrive on time at the meeting point of the tour. If you arrive late or do not show up, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted unless allowed by the provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bestadventours acts solely as an intermediary between customers and tour service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or punctuality of the services provided by the suppliers, nor for any accident, injury, or loss that occurs during the tour.
Any disputes or issues related to the services provided must be resolved directly with the tour provider. Bestadventours will not be held responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of tour providers.

8. Insurance

Some tours may require additional insurance, as determined by the provider. We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any incidents that may occur during the activity.

9. Modifications to Terms

Bestadventours reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.

10. Privacy

The personal information you provide when making a reservation is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree that your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo.
